Scouting Reports
Strengths
- Has promise as a defender in man coverage.

- Has great anticipation when attempting to jump routes.
- Possesses excellent speed to chase down ball carriers.
Weaknesses
- Is prone to allowing big plays due to technique deficiencies.
- Is undersized and needs to bulk up before being NFL-ready.
- He plays conservatively which causes him to allow far too much cushion to receivers.
- Often gets beat due to bad technique and over-reliance on his elite speed.
Pre-Draft Analysis
Expected Draft Capital: Late Round 3
Ideal Landing Spot: Atlanta Falcons
The Falcons are in need of a complete overhaul of the secondary and landing Bullock in the middle of Day 2 is an excellent value. Bullard is one of the best safeties in this draft class so it’s entirely possible that he goes even earlier due to demand.
The upside for Bullard to be an elite safety at the next level is certainly evident and that could give him a high floor and ceiling for fantasy managers.
