Williams is going to be a late-round developmental running back who would be best served on a team that lacks depth at the position. A situation like Cincinnati could be great if we operate under the assumption that Joe Mixon will not be returning.
If the Bengals were to move on from Mixon and roll with Chase Brown, Williams could be the perfect compliment to his skillset. This would be an excellent opportunity for Williams to find his way into a high-touch role.
